Is your boiler eligible?
- Boiler ageWe normally accept boilers up to 15 years old. Older boilers are assessed individually - this is our suggested guideline, not an industry rule.
- ManufacturerMost mainstream makes are accepted, provided we can obtain parts and service them. We will ask for your make and model when you join.
- Working conditionYour boiler and heating must be working safely when accepted. Any existing faults need to be repaired separately first.
Please note: Every boiler is assessed before it is accepted onto the plan. We will confirm eligibility when we visit for your first service.
